Can I request a demo of the View Portal?

How do I register?

What should I do if I’m locked out of the View Portal?
Contact support, and our team will help reset your access.
Can I manage users and access levels?
Yes. You can add, edit, and assign permissions to users in View.
Can I invite colleagues to register?
Yes, go to ‘Company Contacts’ and click ‘Invite to Register’ next to colleagues who aren’t registered. There’s no limit to the number of users per agreement.
Is two-factor authentication required?
Yes, it’s part of our layered approach to platform security. To access the View Portal, users must authenticate using NCC Group’s IDP 2FA technology.
Where can I see agreement documents and reports?
On each agreement page within View, including deposit history, verification results, and signed agreements.
Can I automate deposits from my repository?
Yes, you can schedule recurring uploads directly from your source code repository in to View.
Which repositories does View integrate with?
We support GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, SVN, and other major platforms.
What security measures are in place for the View Portal?
The View Portal, platform, and data all reside within NCC Group’s secure, isolated infrastructure that is monitored 24/7 by NCC Group’s CREST-accredited SOC. Escrow deposit uploads and source control connections are encrypted with technologies such as AES-256 algorithms, and source control deposits are downloaded via SSH or HTTPS, depending on the selected method. Additionally, we have ISO 9001 and 27001 certifications demonstrating our quality and robust security measures.
