Who is NCC Group?

NCC Group is a global cyber and software resilience (escrow) business operating across multiple sectors, geographies and technologies.

Publicly traded on the London Stock Exchange (LSE: NCC), NCC Group has circa 2,000 colleagues in 12 countries and a significant market presence in North America, Europe and the UK, and a rapidly growing footprint in Asia Pacific with offices in Australia, Japan and Singapore.

When did the acquisition of IPM by NCC Group happen?

The deal was completed on 7 June 2021.

What does this mean for IPM customers?

We are working together to make this transition as smooth as possible and are excited to continue to serve all our customers as part of NCC Group.

As a combined business, we remain committed to helping our customers improve resilience, and are focused on delivering maximum value to you.

You can continue to expect outstanding service and security for the services we deliver to you – from software escrow and verification, to data escrow and designated third party (D3P) compliance services.

You will continue to benefit from the same levels of compliance and security you currently value and trust because NCC Group will use Iron Mountain facilities for storage of physical and digital information across a global footprint, maintaining a chain of custody processes.

Will my deposits be moved? Where will my deposits be hosted now?

Storage of your escrow deposits will remain in existing Iron Mountain physical and electronic vaults.

Does this deal change who I speak to at IPM? Will I still be able to contact someone in my home country?

Customer and supplier contacts will stay the same as they are now.

Your existing IPM team has moved with the business and remains unchanged, so please reach out to the same contacts you know and trust.

What happens if I have account managers or services from both IPM and NCC Group?

You can continue to speak to us separately for the time being. We will continue to focus on supporting you with your current service requirements and discuss with you how your account should be managed moving forward.

However, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us if you have any specific questions about your combined accounts and we will do our best to answer those questions as quickly as possible.

What if my renewal is due imminently?

Please process your payment in the usual way. We will be reaching out to you with new NCC Group details shortly.

What are the plans for branding?

IPM will transition to the NCC Group brand.
