Upload an electronic deposit

Step 1

Login to Iron Mountain Connect at

If you are unsure of your login or do not have an account, please contact Client Services at

Step 2

Once you are logged into Iron Mountain Connect, navigate to the Escrow Management Center by clicking on “Escrow Management” in the top left corner under “My Quick Links” or “Go” in the middle “Escrow” panel.

Step 3

In the “Escrow Account List” click on the account number hyperlink under “Number”

Step 4

Click on “Add Electronic Deposit” link under the “Quick Tasks” menu on the left panel.

Step 5

Be sure to enter in all mandatory (*) fields, including “Deposit Name” and “Deposit Version”.

If the deposit is encrypted, select the appropriate option from the drop down menu

  • If you select “Encryption key provided”, additional fields will display for you to enter the encryption details and will be sent along with the deposit
  • If you select “Encryption key sent as separate deposit”, follow the steps in the “Add Encryption Details” section below

Upload your deposit by clicking on the “Upload” button in the “Electronic Deposit Detail” section. (Note: accepted file types include: .zip, .rar, .tar, or .7z file).

Checksum calculation will automatically begin after deposit is uploaded.

Click the checkbox to certify the deposit and click “Submit” to finalize.
